The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Scrub Scout Team at Kareena Private Hospital. This role will have you performing duties working within our Operating Theatres. This role will see you working as part of a collaborative and team orientated environment.
Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Department Manager Clinical Nurse and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered in line with the care values and strategic direction of the Hospital and Ramsay Health Care.
Skills and Experience
- Relevant qualifications and current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum two (2) years Scrub Scout experience
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a supportive service
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and a strong customer service focus
- Demonstrate the ability to assess plan coordinate and evaluate care delivery needs of patient
- Exhibits exceptional customer service and time management abilities
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining positive working relationships with others
