Divisional Float, Registered Nurse, (RN) Home Health

BAYADA Home Health is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN)for a floatRNposition. This Divisional Float Registered Nurse will support ourNorth Carolina home health officesproviding home health services to adult and geriatric clients on a per visit basis for our offices throughout the triad area. Home health/OASIS DOCUMENTATION experience required.

One year prior clinical experience as a licensed RN is required.

This permanent full-time position requires availability during the day with a Monday through Friday schedule. No weekends holidays or on-call is required. Position assignments are based on divisional need and could be in any of the following offices and their service areas:

Davidson County Visits - Thomasville NC

Forsyth County Visits - Winston-Salem NC

Guilford County Visits -Greensboro NC

Person County Visits - Roxboro NC

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patients needs
• Makehome visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Perform assigned duties including administration of medication wound care treatments and procedures
• Monitor clients conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Follow up with execute and properly document doctors orders
• Perform client assessments as necessary
• Case management and coordination
• Accurately document observations interventions and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet

Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current license as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.
• A minimum of one year of recent verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home care experience strongly preferred but not required.
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
