Position Overview
dormakaba is seeking a Sales Representative (End User) based in the NYC Metro area (hybrid) for our Access Automation Solutions (AAS) business. dormakaba offers many automatic door systems including automatic swing doors sliding doors and revolving door systems to end users such as hospitals hotels airports and property management firms. This individual is responsible for the overall sales and profitability of AAS products in their assigned territory.
HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $85000 - $105000 (Salary to be determined by the education experience knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant internal equity and alignment with market data.) What you will do
- Develop a territory plan and account plans to manage the assigned territory
- Meet sales targets through effective execution of the plan
- Sell applied entrance solutions direct to the end user
- Grow the number of planned maintenance contracts billable service calls and end user specifications for the territory
- Work closely with other sales staff by attending customer meetings - on site and virtually; build relationships with customers and collaborate with the sales team to improve the ability to take care of the customer and meet sales goals
What we require
- 3 years total experience
- High school diploma
- Construction materials experience selling to end users with 3 years of proven sales experience
- Experience working with and supporting architects and general contractors
- Prior experience with CRM (e.g. )
