This position will report to the Communications Manager and be based on-site full-time at our divisional headquarters in New Haven CT with occasional travel (up to 25%).

Create engaging contentwith global reach
Support the development ofcreativecommunicationcampaignsaligned with business priorities to be sharedacross internal and externalchannels.
Concept create and produce digital content includingwritten content short-form video andphotographyforourinternal and external channels.
Adapt content tone and format to suit different audiences platforms and communication goals.
Contribute ideas that elevate storytelling across internal communications employer branding and corporate channels.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex information into clear engaging content.
Support internal and external communications
Supportinternalinitiativesthat engage employees across locations.
Executecontent creation for our external channels (including LinkedIn)ensuring consistency with ASSA ABLOYs brand and messaging.
Develop and execute a strategic external content calendar aligned with organizational initiatives.
Share and manage content across internaland externalplatforms (e.g. intranet digital signage email social channels).
Analyze contentperformanceusing relevant KPIsand create concise reports highlighting performance insights and opportunities for improvement.
Whatwerelooking for
Bachelors degree in communications marketing journalism ora relatedfield.
2-4years of experience in communications content creationsocialmedia or a related role. Manufacturing industry experience is a plus.
Exceptional written verbal and analytical communication skills.
A content creator mindset with hands-on experience producingwritten videoor visualcontent.
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
Proficiencyof social media platforms Adobe Creative Suite and Canva preferred.
Strong interpersonalskills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with videoediting tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere Final CutProCapCut or similar)a plus.
