We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Senior User Acquisition Manager to lead our Meta Ads efforts across the Latam region. Reporting to our Marketing Lead you will be responsible for scaling high-budget campaigns and optimizing complex funnels to drive enrollment for our high-value tech programs.



What you will do:
  • Strategic Meta Management: Own the end-to-end execution of Meta Ads managing significant budgets while balancing high-volume lead generation with down-funnel sales conversion.
  • Funnel Optimization: Analyze and navigate complex customer journeys managing contradicting metrics (e.g. CPL vs. SQL quality) to ensure maximum ROI on high-ticket offerings.
  • Creative Partnership: Collaborate closely with the creative team to maintain a high output of fresh assets providing data-backed briefs and feedback on what resonates with our audience.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Build and monitor granular reports to track performance using your findings to pivot strategies in real-time based on business needs.

Requirements:

  • UA Expertise: 3 years of professional experience in User Acquisition specifically managing high-budget Meta Ads accounts ($50k/month preferred).
  • Analytical Rigor: A strong understanding of full-funnel analytics and experience with high-check/sales-oriented products where the conversion happens offline or after a long nurture period.
  • Creative Intuition: While you dont need to be a designer you must have a deep understanding of visual hooks messaging and what drives engagement in the current Meta landscape.
  • Language Proficiency: Professional working proficiency in English (B1 or higher).
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote-first environment where you can work independently and take ownership of your results.
