At DKSH Performance Materials Brush Industry we source and supply high-quality animal hair and bristles vegetable fibres synthetics and custom mixtures for the brush and paintbrush industry. Our DKSH Brush team operates internationally combining global reach with deep industry expertise. Through customized quality control and long-standing partnerships with leading suppliers we consistently deliver top-tier raw materials tailored to our customers needs.
Job Summary
As a Sales Support Specialist you will leverage your expertise in sales administration effectively contributing to our global supply chain processes. You will make a difference by ensuring timely data hygiene managing critical documentation and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers globally all while supporting seamless operations within our competitive industry.
General Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Manager with daily tasks ensuring smooth business operations
- Respond to inquiries from customers and suppliers in English/ a business partners preferred language
- Maintain SAP data and update Salesforce with sales and customer records
- Monitor sample stock arrange shipments and coordinate with logistics teams
- Organize marketing materials and dispatch product information
- Support exhibitions business events and promotional activities
- Assist across Business Lines when needed
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Relevant qualification in commercial/trading
- Work experience in distribution trading or export/import
- SAP and Salesforce knowledge as an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel Word PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English and other European language(s) as an advantage
- Proven ability in multi-tasking and prioritizing workload
- High attention to detail follow-through and accuracy
