Pay :

HK$25269 to HK$50373 (HGPS Pt 8 to Pt 21) per month including Monthly Allowance

To be pro-rated based on the total package and work pattern for a full-time Dispenser depending on the work hours.

Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the function and operation of clinic dispensaries and/or hospital pharmacies.

Entry Requirements

1. (a) A Certificate in Dispensing Studies from the Vocational Training Council or equivalent.

AND

(i) completed the 3-year on-the-job training organised by the Hospital Authority.

OR

(ii) have 3 years on-the-job training in dispensing in recognized institutions 1 year of which should be post-certificate.

OR

(b) A Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent from an institution recognised by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board of Hong Kong for registration.

OR

(c) A Higher Diploma in a recoginsed dispensing-related studies programme conferred by a local academic institution or equivalent.

Preferred Attributes / Exposure:

1. Knowledge in handling computer systems.

2. (a) Grade E or above in English Language (Syllabus B) in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination or equivalent.

OR

(b) Level 2 or above in English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education or equivalent.

3. Fluency in written and spoken Chinese.

2. Appointment will be on contract part-time terms for 12 months.

3. Exact working hour pattern is negotiable and will not be more than 19.5 hours per week.

4. Applicants may be required to take trade tests on reading and writing labels in Chinese.
