Job Title:Specialist Rights and Permissions English Language Learning
Job Description:As a Specialist in Rights and Permissions youll play a critical role in enabling the use of thirdparty content across English Language Learning (ELL) products and services. Youll support the clearance of image video and text assets ensuring they are accurately processed documented and ready for use in global learning solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with detail systems and multiple projects at once and who is excited to build expertise in rights permissions and content publishing. From day one youll contribute directly to project delivery while developing valuable knowledge in copyright and media rights.
What Youll Own
Rather than a long task list success in this role looks like:
- Delivering accurate and timely rights clearance for ELL projects ensuring content is ready for publication and product release
- Owning data integrity within rights and permissions systems entering managing and remediating records as needed
- Supporting project delivery helping teams meet closure dates manage extensions and resolve clearance backlogs
- Managing digital documentation and assets keeping files organised discoverable and auditready
- Partnering with project managers and global teams providing administrative and reporting support that keeps projects moving smoothly
Your impact will be most visible in your first six months as you help projects reach closure improve data accuracy and become a trusted partner within the ELL Rights & Permissions team.
About You
You bring strong administrative skills and a sharp eye for detail and youre someone who takes pride in doing things accurately and thoroughly.
Youll thrive in this role if you:
- Are highly organised and comfortable working across multiple projects at the same time
- Communicate clearly and collaborate well with colleagues across different teams and regions
- Enjoy working with systems data and processes and are quick to learn new tools
- Bring a fluent level of English with confidence handling written documentation
- Have experience or interest in content media publishing or copyright (or are keen to learn)
- Are motivated by continuous learning and growing your expertise in rights and permissions
Experience with Microsoft Office database systems or SharePoint is helpful but curiosity and willingness to learn matter just as much.
