We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role ofDelivery Manager.

In this role you will:

Lead Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups sprint planning sprint reviews and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and progress.
Drive automation initiatives by developing automated testing frameworks CI/CD pipelines infrastructure as code and deployment processes.
Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles Scrum practices and continuous improvement techniques.
Provide leadership guidance and direction to a team of developers engineers and other technical professionals setting clear objectives and performance goals.
Serve as the primary point of contact for managing and coordinating responses to incidents and service disruptions orchestrating cross-functional teams to restore services and minimize impact to customers.
Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the teams progress escalating issues as necessary to ensure resolution.
Foster a positive and inclusive team culture promoting collaboration innovation and continuous learning.
Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize backlog items and refine requirements for upcoming sprints.

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

Graduation in technology (B.E & Above) with 6 years of IT experience.
Proven experience in Delivery management Agile Team Leader in a fast-paced technology-driven environment.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies Scrum framework and DevOps practices.
Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
Experience managing and resolving complex technical incidents under pressure.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality automated solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
