We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role ofDelivery Manager.
In this role you will:
- Lead Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups sprint planning sprint reviews and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and progress.
- Drive automation initiatives by developing automated testing frameworks CI/CD pipelines infrastructure as code and deployment processes.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles Scrum practices and continuous improvement techniques.
- Provide leadership guidance and direction to a team of developers engineers and other technical professionals setting clear objectives and performance goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for managing and coordinating responses to incidents and service disruptions orchestrating cross-functional teams to restore services and minimize impact to customers.
- Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the teams progress escalating issues as necessary to ensure resolution.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture promoting collaboration innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize backlog items and refine requirements for upcoming sprints.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Graduation in technology (B.E & Above) with 6 years of IT experience.
- Proven experience in Delivery management Agile Team Leader in a fast-paced technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies Scrum framework and DevOps practices.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing and resolving complex technical incidents under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality automated solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
