We have an exciting opportunity for an NPD Project Delivery Lead within our Technical Services team at Boots. This role is perfect for someone with a few years experience in project management looking to grow their skills in New Product Development (NPD) and Existing Product Development (EPD) across Beauty & General Merchandise (GM) categories.

In this role you will support the delivery of key projects that drive category and brand growth. With your project management skills and practical product delivery knowledge you will help ensure projects meet commercial objectives and timelines. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Buying Technical Product and Supply to achieve successful outcomes.

This is a role based in Nottingham and were looking for someone eager to learn and make a real impact.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate planning and delivering of projects from concept to launch using best practices in governance risk management and stakeholder engagement.

Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to manage timelines and resolve any issues that arise.

Help maintain accurate project documentation and status reports for stakeholders.

Monitor project performance identify issues and suggest solutions to keep projects on track.

Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and adopt digital tools to enhance project delivery.

What youll need to have

Experience in NPD / EPD project management ideally within the cosmetics beauty or FMCG industries.

Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.

A basic understanding of project/programme methodology and governance.

It would be great if you also have

Familiarity with product development lifecycles in beauty or personal care.

Experience using project management tools and software.

A recognised project management qualification such as PRINCE2 or APM is a plus but not essential.
