Full-time leadership role April start
Our client is seeking an ambitious and forward-thinking Head of Science to join an excellent school in Bolton from April. This is a full-time leadership position ideal for a strong practitioner with proven departmental impact and a clear vision for curriculum excellence.
The successful candidate will lead the strategic development of Science across KS3 & KS4 with strong KS5 provision. You will oversee curriculum planning assessment and data analysis staff development and quality assurance ensuring consistently high standards across Biology Chemistry and Physics.
The Science department is well equipped with modern laboratories strong technician support and a collaborative team of specialists. Senior leadership is highly supportive and values innovation professional growth and student achievement.

Experience and Qualifications
Qualified Teacher with QTS (or equivalent)
Strong subject knowledge across Science with the ability to teach to KS5
Proven leadership experience within a secondary setting
