Job Summary:The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible tosupport overall hotel marketing through execution of digital campaigns with a focus on Rooms and Food and Beverage demand role focuses on managing paid media website optimization OTA content and online campaign performance to drive conversion across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage paid campaigns across Google and Meta optimizing performance and return on investment.
Support SEO initiatives and website performance to improve visibility and user experience.
Create and publish engaging social media content aligned with brand objectives.
Execute email marketing campaigns including segmentation deployment and reporting.
Monitor campaign performance and online engagement providing insights for continuous improvement.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field
- Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience.
- Familiarity with paid media and website analytics
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content performance
- Proficiency in English in both oral and written.
- Due to work permit restrictions only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
