Synergie Australia is seeking a PropertyOfficer Construction and Inspectionsfor a trusted NSW Government department located in Parramatta.

The important parts:

Pay: $46.36 per hour Super Duration: 3-month contract with potential for extension
Hours: MondayFriday 35hrs per week (7 hrs per day)
Working arrangement:Hybrid working offered after system competency obtained.

What you will be required to do:

Coordinate repairs maintenance and property inspections for customerowned properties working closely with internal teams and external providers.
Uphold high service standards by delivering timely accurate and customercentred property support.
Provide clear advice to customers and their families many of whom may have limited property knowledge.
Monitor service provider performance ensuring compliance with agreed standards budgets and timelines.
Escalate complex matters or significant complaints to the Principal Property Officer when required.
Use internal systems and processes to manage inspections and repairs and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery.
Maintain discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive issues or challenging conversations.

To be successful in the role you will have:

Proven experience coordinating and managing highvolume of service related requests ideally repairs maintenance and inspection programs.
Demonstrated ability to manage and engage external service providers to ensure quality budget and timeframe requirements are met.
Strong communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive enquiries professionally and escalate complex matters when required.
Capability to work across competing priorities and deliver consistent timely service in a fastpaced environment.
Willingness to participate in quality assurance processes including monitored calls and emails.
