As a PMO / Business Analyst you will support a major transformation portfolio for a large organisation. You will play a key role in maintaining portfolio data producing insightful reporting supporting governance processes and helping teams get the most from project tools and frameworks. This is a highly collaborative role where strong communication independence and attention to detail are essential.
As a proactive and driven Project Manager youll help deliver a highimpact transformation programme that strengthens fraud prevention across the organisation. Youll bring structure clarity and momentum to a fastmoving initiative-turning strategy into practical plans keeping delivery on track and ensuring governance accuracy and reporting are rocksolid. Working closely with senior leaders youll coordinate activity across teams strengthen how progress and benefits are communicated and act as the goto person who keeps everything moving in the right direction. What Were Looking For
- Significant experience in Project Management PMO business analysis transformation or portfolio management
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data (Excel Power BI or similar)
- Ability to prepare reporting packs dashboards and insight summaries for senior stakeholders
- Experience coordinating governance activities maintaining project information and supporting cadence
- Interest in continuous improvement problem solving and supporting functional development
- Ability to work on site twice per week in London
- Right to work in the UK for the duration of the programme
Beneficial Experience
- Experience with project or portfolio management tools such as Planview Clarity Jira Workday Adaptive or similar
- Exposure to backlog management configuration or user support models
- Understanding of PMO methodologies including RAID benefits tracking or governance cycles
- Experience delivering training workshops or user guidance
- Interest in automation low code tools or scripting
