Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic CJE Commercial Strategy to join our Mutual Funds Team of Investments & Affluents Tribe.

The responsibility of this team is focused on INGs customers to identify their needs understanding market context and competition proposing right investments solutions to our clients so to get their money grow.

Your key responsibilities:

You will lead the path to create and enhance our mutual funds business with 3 main angles:

Commercial Strategy: steering commercial actions to boost mutual funds business. Measuring relevant KPIs business tracking and holding an active connection with distribution and sales teams definition of commercial campaings in close contact with marketing steering digital sales in collaboration with Grow and Digital tribes.

Run existing business from an end-to-end perspective covering all the different mutual funds angles: IT systems product range day to day and interaction with asset managers ops etc.

Thinking long term and beyond: definition of strategy to grow target market & keep our product offer fresh & authentic.

- Customer Experience: Provide the best customer experience by designing mapping and constantly improving the customer journey. With an end-to-end process view being able to collect CX and datatranslating into UX and IT landscapes.

- Digital Strategy: As expert in digital experience be proactive in the identification of new capabilities in our digital platform to engage our customers and increase efficiency of our assisted channels bringing the best experience in the moments of truth.

- Commercial Strategy: In collaboration with marketing and customer interactions teams definition of commercial campaign strategy so to offer our product value proposition to clients in a personalized and customer centric way.

- Data Fluency: Comprehend define select and analyze data to gain insights that enhance the decision-making process. Responsible to guarantee bank revenue and of presenting balanced cost-benefit business cases before and after any implementation.

- Knowledge in Invesment Products: launch and maintain an attractive and compliant value proposition on the market providing the highest customer satisfaction.

- Agile Delivery: Translate business needs in requirements for the implementation in the IT and change cycle. Prioritizing based on value delivery for our customers in short cycles defining a first MVP and improving with the feedback gathered. Strive for efficiency reduce complexity in our definitions pursuing for innovative solutions. Manages dependencies non-financial risk awareness and impediments.

Estamos buscando a un/a Customer Journey Expert (CJE) Commercial Strategy con talento y entusiasmo para unirse a nuestro equipo de Mutual Funds dentro de la Tribe de Investments & Affluents.

La responsabilidad de este equipo está centrada en las personas clientas de ING: identificar sus necesidades comprender el contexto de mercado y la competencia y proponer las soluciones de inversión adecuadas para que su dinero crezca.

Tus principales responsabilidades:

Liderarás el camino para crear y mejorar nuestro negocio de fondos de inversión desde 3 perspectivas principales:

• Commercial Strategy: orientación y liderazgo de acciones comerciales para impulsar el negocio de mutual funds. Medición de KPIs relevantes seguimiento del negocio y mantenimiento de una conexión activa con los equipos de distribución y ventas; definición de campañas comerciales en estrecha colaboración con marketing; dinamización de ventas digitales junto con las Tribes de Grow y Digital.
• Gestionar el negocio existente desde una perspectiva end-to-end cubriendo todas las áreas del negocio de mutual funds: sistemas IT gestión del product range en el día a día e interacción con asset managers operaciones etc.
• Pensar a largo plazo y más allá: definición de la estrategia para hacer crecer el mercado objetivo y mantener nuestra oferta de producto actualizada y diferencial.

• Customer Experience: proporcionar la mejor experiencia a la persona cliente diseñando mapeando y mejorando constantemente el customer journey. Con una visión end-to-end del proceso siendo capaz de recopilar CX y datos y traducirlos en acciones dentro de los entornos de UX e IT.
• Digital Strategy: como experta/o/e en experiencia digital ser proactiva/o/e en la identificación de nuevas capacidades en nuestra plataforma digital para atraer a nuestras personas clientas y aumentar la eficiencia de nuestros canales asistidos proporcionando la mejor experiencia en los momentos clave (moments of truth).
• Commercial Strategy: en colaboración con marketing y los equipos de interacción con cliente definición de la estrategia de campañas comerciales para ofrecer nuestra product value proposition de manera personalizada y centrada en la persona cliente.
• Data Fluency: comprender definir seleccionar y analizar datos para obtener insights que mejoren la toma de decisiones. Responsable de garantizar los ingresos del banco y de presentar business cases equilibrados coste-beneficio antes y después de cualquier implementación.
• Conocimiento en Productos de Inversión: lanzar y mantener una propuesta de valor atractiva y compliant en el mercado proporcionando la máxima satisfacción a la persona cliente.
• Agile Delivery: traducir las necesidades del negocio en requisitos para la implementación en el ciclo IT y de cambio. Priorizar en base a la entrega de valor a nuestra clientela en ciclos cortos definiendo un primer MVP y mejorándolo con el feedback recibido. Buscar eficiencia reducir complejidad en nuestras definiciones y perseguir soluciones innovadoras. Gestionar dependencias awareness de riesgo no financiero e impedimentos.
