The Anzio Plant Colgate-Palmolives historic italian manufacturing site is looking for curious motivated and team-oriented new graduates for6month internship opportunitiesin thePackaging Planning and Operations areas.
As an intern you will be part of our dynamic organization where you will gain hands-on experience and support one of the following functions.

In the Planning department you will collaborate to prepare the daily production program monitoring production adherence and packing/raw materials replenishment. You will participate in the medium-long term demand analysis to properly understand all the supply chain and manufacturing potential constraints.

In the Operations department you will work closely with the Factory & Performance Reliability Coordinator contributing to continuous improvement activities related to safety productivity quality (GMP/QIT) cost conversion environmental impact. You will be involved in monitoring the daily KPIs reporting dashboard and will contribute to identifying and addressing any specific productivity issues.

Key requirements:

• Bachelor/Masters Degree in Industrial/Chemical/Mechanical/Management Engineering
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
• Office suit and/or Google Collaboration Tools
• Fluent English
• Good Team player with a collaborative mindset able to work effectively in cross-functional environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
