Job Summary
About the Role
The Foster Care Team Leader reports to the Foster Care and Permanency Programs Area Coordinator. This position provides leadership and oversight of casework services carer support and the Family Contact Worker team to ensure the needs of young people families and carers are met while maintaining compliance with community expectations state government requirements and relevant legislation.

What Youll Be Doing
- Lead and manage foster care team performance
- Improve processes for carer support and casework
- Monitor and ensure compliance with case documentation
- Build internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Respond to incidents and oversee service contracts
What Youll Bring
- 5 years in therapeutic or family-based care
- 3 years in leadership within child/family services
- Proven supervision and reflective practice skills
- Strong knowledge of child protection legislation
- Direct experience supporting complex young people
- Current unrestricted drivers licence and probity clearances
