DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
Restaurant Operations
- Support daily operations at Dan Dan Noodle Bar assisting with guest service seating management and kitchen coordination for a seamless dining experience.
- Collaborate with the team at Ramsay Kitchen learning about fine dining operations menu execution and delivering upscale service.
- Engage with guests and staff at Three Stacks Sportsbook Bar ensuring smooth service flow and assisting with menu promotions during sporting events.
Banquet Services
- Assist in the planning and execution of banquets conferences and special events.
- Work with the banquet team to set up and break down event spaces ensuring client specifications are met.
- Monitor event service to ensure quality timeliness and guest satisfaction.
Bar Operations
- Observe and assist with bar operations at Three Stacks Sportsbook Bar including inventory management and compliance with alcohol service regulations.
- Support bartenders in crafting cocktails and delivering exceptional beverage service.
Culinary Support
- Gain exposure to culinary operations at all venues observing food preparation and maintaining quality and consistency in menu items.
- Collaborate with the culinary team on menu analysis and contributing ideas for promotions or specials.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Culinary Arts Business Administration or a related field.
- Passion for food and beverage operations and delivering memorable guest experiences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays.
