What You Will Do

We are seeking a highly analytical and diligent Data Analyst to join our Data Solutions team in Manila. This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity accuracy and usability of our data assets. The ideal candidate will bring a solid foundation in data analysis a collaborative attitude and a passion for continuous improvement.

• Conduct data analysis classification intake and processing to support business needs.

• Collaborate multi-functionally with product sales and marketing teams to deliver data-driven insights.

• Lead client outreach campaigns and respond to inbound data inquiries.

• Perform historical audits and proactively scrub data for accuracy and completeness.

• Drive process improvement initiatives to improve data quality and operational efficiency.

What We Expect

• Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Mathematics Statistics or a related field.

• 13 years of experience in financial services data analysis or a similar role.

• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with relational databases (SQL preferred).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Superb communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience working with large datasets and data validation processes.

What Would Be Helpful

• Experience in financial services or institutional investment data.

• Progress towards CFA CAIA CFA Investment Foundations or CAIA Fundamentals of Alternative Investments or an advanced business degree is a strong plus.

• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
