Experience: Minimum 5 to 12 years in Footwear or FMCG branded company
Salary : Upto - 9 Lacs

* Managing and monitoring Primary & Secondary Sales performance to drive consistent revenue growth.
* Appointing developing and managing distributors while maintaining strong channel relationships.
* Overseeing channel sales operations ensuring smooth distribution and market coverage.
* Leading and managing sales teams to achieve monthly and annual targets
