Were looking for a talented Retail Media Performance Analyst whowill turn complex data into clear insights that help Tesco Media grow revenue and improve performance. You will analyse how our instore and online media products are performing spot opportunities to optimise yield and work closely with sales product and commercial teams to make smarter faster decisions. Essentially this role helps ensure we use our inventory in the most effective and scalable way. The role is responsible for simplifying and synthesising complex data from multiple sources to generate clear actionable insights across Tescos instore and onsite media products. Working closely with crossfunctional teams the role will support accurate business reporting inflight performance understanding and optimisation opportunities across our retail media portfolio.
What we expect from you
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in any subject
- 3-5 years of work experience
- Experience working fora media owner or retailer across instore or onsite channels. Specifically Campaign Management experience for a media owner or retailer across digital channels.
- Quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills comfortablewithcomplex trackers forsales reporting & analysisforecastingand modelling.
- Working knowledgeofvisualizinglarge data setsandproficiencyin statistics.
- Experience inanalysis oflarge data sets fordeveloping actionable recommendations to build ROAS.
