Location - Constantia Cape Town (Primarily Office-Based with Flexibility)

What Youll Be Doing:

Oversee the work of a Junior Financial Accountant
Owning and maintaining Order and Financial Databases with full data integrity
Converting operational data into invoice-ready packs with supporting documentation
Managing supplier transporter fuel port and client reconciliations
Preparing weekly operational performance reports (tonnage cost per ton margins)
Producing monthly financial reports including cash flow debtors aging and payables
Monitoring FX rates and tracking impact on margins and transactions
Supporting Board and EXCO reporting with structured financial packs
Identifying process gaps and driving reporting improvements

What Were Looking For:

BCom Accounting / Finance (Honours advantageous)
Articles / Part articles advantageous
Strong Excel skills (essential) and comfort working with financial databases
Experience in financial analysis reconciliations and reporting
Exposure to logistics supply chain or operational finance (advantageous)
Experience with Xero or similar accounting systems
Highly analytical detail-oriented and process-driven
Comfortable working independently in a small high-responsibility team
