Thalle Construction Co. Inc. is pleased to announce a career opportunity for a Construction Data Report Manager to join us on the Central Everglades Planning Project (CEPP) Everglades Agricultural Area (EAA) A-2 Reservoir in Palm Beach County Florida. This project marks the largest contract in the Jacksonville Districts history valued at $2.87 billion. Thalle will oversee the construction of a 17.75-mile embankment dam and associated structures. This project offers potential Project Team members a valuable opportunity to broaden their professional experience and advance their careers throughout its duration. The CEPP plays a vital role in Everglades restoration aiming to enhance ecosystem health improve water storage and increase resilience to climate change.

Job Title: Construction Data Report Manager
Salary: Competitive compensation package based on experience.
The Construction Data Report Manager will serve as the lead technical authority for construction data documentation and reporting. This role is critical to ensuring accuracy compliance and quality control across all geotechnical and construction-related data.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all construction data reporting related to embankment dam construction
- Review and verify compaction reports density testing moisture control data and lift documentation
- Coordinate with field engineers quality control teams and project management
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate records of geotechnical testing and instrumentation data
- Prepare and submit required construction data reports to project stakeholders
- Support audit and inspection processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Geotechnical Engineering (four-year degree from an accredited university required)
- Minimum 3 years of embankment dam construction experience
- Demonstrated experience on at least three (3) embankment dam construction projects
- Experience managing and reviewing construction data testing results and geotechnical documentation
- Strong understanding of embankment placement compaction control instrumentation monitoring and quality assurance processes
- Ability to work full-time on-site and be solely assigned to this role
Preferred Skills
- Experience on USACE or other federal water infrastructure projects
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills
- Proficiency with construction management and reporting software
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA FMLA and other federal state and local standards including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
- Ability to maintain regular punctual attendance consistent with the ADA FMLA and other federal state and local standards
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to talk listen and speak clearly on the telephone
