Summary:

The Director of Construction oversees the development and execution of the system strategies in the areas of construction/renovation project planning commissioning and transitional planning. The Director of Construction is charged with ensuring construction/renovation projects are planned and delivered effectively and efficiently. The Director of Construction is a leader and the subject matter in planning construction projects for systems overall strategic objective who routinely collaborates with all parties to ensure favorable processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10 years experience delivering complex construction projects in active pediatric acute-care hospital environments or complex capital projects with demonstrated understanding of patient safety infection control interim life safety measures and family-centered care requirements.

Education

• Bachelors Degree
