Job Summary
The Johnstown-Monroe Local School District is seeking two K-12 Intervention Specialist for the 2026-2027 school year.
Qualifications:
- Hold an Ohio Teaching License to instruct special education students
- Have knowledge of designing lessons and using instructional strategies to support IEP goals
- Demonstrate ability to write IEPs and complete IEP progress reports
- Possess strong organizational and communication skills
- Demonstrate skill in collecting and using data to inform instruction
- Possess a strong knowledge of and experience in implementing positive behavior support
- Have experience with co-teaching and collaboration
- Demonstrate skill in providing intervention based on student need
