Job Summary:
Under direct supervision the Business Analyst supports the daily operations of the Element451 Applicant and Student Engagement Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The positionis responsible foradministering configuring monitoring and continuously improving CRM workflows campaigns data processes and integrations that support admissions outreach and student engagement operations across campus.
Responsibilities:
Administer daily operations of Element451 CRM (workflows campaigns segments data integrity) to support MarCom admissions outreach and recruitment
Monitor system performance and data quality;identifyissues and coordinate resolutions per procedures
Support campus units in meeting enrollment goals; create/maintainworkflows forms events appointments and campaigns
Participate in CSUSB committees/meetings toassistwith project planning
Support senior BSAs with KPI development; prepare progress status and year-end reports
Maintain CRM documentation and knowledge base; provide user support and troubleshooting
Assistwith training campus users on CRM and project management tools
Perform data imports exports appends and QA reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance
Complete other related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
Equivalent to a bachelors degree in a related field. Relevant education and/or experience whichdemonstratesacquiredand successfully applied knowledge and abilities shown above may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

Ability to work with and analyze standard data sets andwritereports using database query language and analytical tools.

Compensation and Benefits:
The salary offered will take into account internal equity and experience among other factors.
Anticipated hiring range Step1 $5787 per month
CSU Classification Salary Step Range: $5787-$8430per month (Step 1 Step 20)

Work status:Full-time/Non-Exempt/Temporary(up to one year with the possibility of further renewal)
Academic year schedule: Monday through Friday (8:00 am 5:00 pm) some evenings/weekends.
Summer schedule: Monday through Thursday (7:00 am - 5:30 pm) some evenings/weekends.
