MinterEllisons Sydney Projects Infrastructure and Construction (PIC) team is consistently ranked as Band 1 by APL500 and Chambers. The team is led by partners Meredith Riley Simon Harvey Peter Pether Claire Tait Andrew Hales and Matthew Thomson.
Our client base is diverse comprising Real Estate and Renewable Energy Developers Tier 1 Contractors and Government. The teams Partners are recognised as leaders in the construction infrastructure property development and energy industry for their commerciality depth of knowledge and technical excellence. Our team has worked on and continues to work on all of the major deals which define and continue to change the built landscape. We offer our clients an end-to-end solution which allows us to see the project from conception until completion. MinterEllisons PIC team has been the lead advisor on numerous nationally significant construction and infrastructure projects and disputes. We are focussed on providing end-to-end legal support on major development renewable energy and resources and infrastructure projects from project structuring advice on procurement options tender strategy contract documentation and negotiation through to contract administration and dispute resolution.
YOUR ROLE
A great opportunity currently exists for an experienced front-end construction major projects infrastructure or renewable energy and resources lawyer at the Associate level to join us.
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate solid front end / transactional construction and procurement experience.
We would like to hear from Associates who are experienced and/or interested in the following range of work:
- commercial and residential real estate development
- major infrastructure projects
- renewable energy and resources projects
- complex high profile construction matters
- PPPs
WHAT YOU NEED
We welcome applications from lawyers with a minimum 3 years PQE. Ideally you will have real estate major projects renewable energy and resources or infrastructure industry experience and are looking to cement your career in a Tier 1 practice.
