Job Description & Requirements
As Technician you will be responsible to:
- Provide service and repair for custom made earpieces (In-The-Ear) ITE and (Behind-The Ear) BTE hearing instruments
- Handle urgent custom-made earpiece orders
- Quality check and testing of all outgoing hearing instruments
- Complete the necessary documents after packing all outgoing instruments
- Provide support in logistics when necessary
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor
We are looking for an individual with:
- Minimum N / O Level / NITE/ ITE in Electrical or Electronics
- Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Focused quick learner strategically prioritizes work committed
- Able to communicate effectively across functions
- Basic knowledge in IT (Microsoft office)
- Soldering skill is preferable
- Fresh graduates without relevant experiences but are keen to learn about hearing instruments technology can also apply
