Job Title: Research Services Program Manager

Job Summary: | The CU-MESA Research Services Program Manager supports the mission of the CU Medical Education Scholarship Accelerator (CU-MESA) by managing research operations providing methodological and analytic expertise and supporting educational scholarship across the School of Medicine. This role independently manages multiple concurrent projects collaborates closely with faculty trainees and institutional partners and ensures high-quality data collection analysis and dissemination. The position emphasizes consultation project tracking and applied statistical analysis in support of medical education research and scholarly program evaluation. The CU-MESA Research Services Program Manager works at the intersection of research operations data analysis and program support. The role involves close collaboration with faculty residents students the Professional Research Assistant (PRA) IRB staff and advisory committees. Responsibilities include supporting the full lifecycle of medical education scholarship projectsfrom concept development and study design through data collection analysis and disseminationwhile maintaining systems that allow leadership to monitor project progress and outcomes. Work Location: | Hybrid this role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of 3 days per week on campus and as needed for in-person meetings. |

Anticipated Pay Range: | The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as $73557 - $93565. The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the Universitys good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation depending on the level. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
