The Warwick Hotel Rittenhouse Square is seeking a polished service-driven Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team.
As the first and last point of contact for our guests the Guest Service Agent plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional arrival and departure experience. We are looking for individuals who are warm detail-oriented and passionate about hospitality.
What Youll Do

Welcome and acknowledge guests promptly and professionally

Execute check-in and check-out procedures efficiently (within brand time standards)

Verify identification and payment method in compliance with hotel policies

Recognize and thank Marriott Bonvoy Elite members for their loyalty
-
Offer enrollment to non-members
-
Provide room details discreetly and maintain guest privacy

Offer luggage assistance and provide hotel orientation when appropriate

Resolve guest concerns with urgency and professionalism

Monitor and process mobile check-outs

Maintain seamless communication with all hotel departments
What Were Looking For
-
Previous hotel front desk or guest service experience preferred

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of Opera Lightspeed or similar PMS systems preferred

Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Professional appearance and business attire required
