Job Details
The primary function of the Intern in this role is to assist the team and will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of ChristianaCare. The intern will experience collaborative teamwork opportunity to problem solve and day to day office operation.
The Organization & Leadership Development Intern provides hands-on support to enterprise organizational development and leadership development initiatives with intentional exposure to the consulting design facilitation and analysis work performed by Organization & Leadership Development Consultants.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support leadership development and organizational improvement projects by helping the team prepare materials and resources for leaders.
- Assist in gathering and organizing information related to leadership programs engagement efforts and change initiatives.
- Help create basic documents and presentations such as summaries handouts and simple leader tools.
- Review feedback from surveys or sessions and help identify common themes or questions.
- Provide support for new or ongoing initiatives by assisting with communications and meeting preparation.
- Conduct basic research on leadership teamwork or employee experience topics as requested.
- Maintain shared files track participation information and help keep team resources up to date.
- Attend meetings and learning sessions to observe how organizational development work happens in practice.
- Shadow team members to learn about consulting facilitation and leadership support.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma is required OR GED
- Enrollment in higher education (associate bachelor or master) within related field
$20.00/hr
This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCares good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills relevant experience and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
