Duties & ResponsibilitiesMaintenance Operations
- Conduct inspections and investigations of building and plant performance.
- Plan and allocate daily and weekly maintenance tasks.
- Ensure reactive and preventative maintenance is completed within SLA.
- Maintain stock levels and check the quality of completed work.
Administration & Reporting
- Update preventative maintenance schedules and daily call lists.
- Complete monthly reports and ensure accurate work orders and tool checks.
Team Management
- Manage HR/IR matters for the maintenance team.
- Schedule staff and ensure effective use of resources.
Contractor Management
- Ensure contractors meet SLA and safety requirements.
- Verify safety files and coordinate vendor vetting with relevant departments.
- Support EHS and ISO audit compliance.
Customer Service
- Respond to client queries timeously and escalate when needed.
- Support a customer-focused service culture.
Helpdesk
- Work with the Help Desk to update and close calls within SLA.
- Submit daily weekly and monthly updates.
Projects
- Manage small technical and maintenance projects as required.
SHEQ Compliance
- Follow all safety and quality procedures complete risk assessments and support audits.
