What We Offer
This is a permanent full-time role based in Hong Kong following a hybrid work model setup (at least 3 days in office days per week).


In this role the Marketing Associate will develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness demand generation and facilitate the sales pipeline. You will assist in the creation/management of organic and paid social media ads website and SEO search email campaigns and events and conduct audit and analysis of marketing impact. You will also seek and analyze competitor marketing material and digital content. You can expect to work closely with the global marketing team to deliver a best-in-class marketing program.

What You Will Do

  • Implement and/or lead integrated marketing campaign activation including digital social search email event and more

  • Provide marketing support for product promotions including presentations collateral website development whitepapers and other thought leadership initiatives

  • Work with global website team to maintain APAC websites and optimize for content and user experience to drive traffic

  • Determine concepts and approach to design; develop and implement marketing activities and materials such as brochures and audio/visual materials

  • Manage relationships with vendors and agencies ensuring that their work meets the organizations requirements deadlines and budget

  • Monitor marketing campaign metrics against plan and group standards implementing course corrections as necessary

What We Expect

  • Proficiency in English Mandarin Korean and/or Japanese

  • A Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferably in Marketing

  • A couple of years marketing experience open to new graduates with relevant internship experience as long as they are fluent in Korean and/or Japanese on top of English and Mandarin

  • Data-driven and analytical will be required to report and analyze marketing campaign metrics and influence

  • Basic knowledge in SEO/SEM paid social campaigns display ad campaigns web management (CMS) systems landing page optimization and tools such as Salesforce Marketo

  • Strong work ethic a self-starter and a team player

  • Flexibility to take meetings outside of work hours
