THGs Finance department is a rapidly growing and evolving team covering all areas of central functions such as Accounts Receivable and Payable Treasury Tax and Group Finance to specific Commercial teams for each of THGs divisions.

About the Role

Our three-year Finance Scheme offers a varied and rewarding in-house training programme designed to develop you into a confident wellrounded finance professional. Throughout the programme you will complete a minimum of three 12month rotations across a range of teams including Commercial Central Transactional Group and Operations Finance.

From day one you will take on real responsibility and contribute to meaningful projects gaining hands-on experience across our digital ecosystem. You will work with automation advanced analytics and AIenabled tools while developing both technical expertise and commercial insight.

The programme requires you to work effectively both independently and as part of a team alongside a strong commitment to studying toward your professional accounting qualification. You will be fully supported by THG as you balance onthejob learning with your studies.

What we require:

• Top level graduate looking to start work after graduation in Summer2026
• Graduating from a degree in Accountancy and Finance/Maths/Economics/Business (or related subjects)
• Ideally have a year in industry experience in a relevant finance-based role
• Commercially astute ambitious and highly intelligent individuals who are hungry for success and genuine responsibility
• Must be highly numerate with experience working in excel
• Strong analytical skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
