Job Summary

Nexperia UK isseekinga proactive and motivatedHR Graduateto join ourUK Semiconductor Manufacturing site based in Hazel Grove Stockport.This is an excellent opportunity to begin your HR career within ahigh-techfastpacedenvironment supporting a site with 1000 employees.Over atwo-yearperiodthis role is designed for you to gain fullexposure to HR processes employee lifecycleactivitiesand cross functional projects whilst becoming a vital part of aclose-knitcollaborative team.

As aHR Graduateat Nexperia you will gain experience in:

Onboarding & Employee Experience

  • Support the organisation of employee inductions and orientation programmes

  • Assistin organising employee engagement activities on site

  • Contribute to initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture

Employee Support & HR Service Delivery

  • Work with the HR team to address employee queries and concerns

  • Support initiatives around diversityequityand inclusion (DEI)

HR Administration & Data Management

  • Maintainaccurateemployee records and HR databases

  • Prepare HR metrics and reports for management

Compliance Policies & Governance

  • Assistwith compliance activities and support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

HR Projects & Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to HR projects such as policy reviews internal communications or cultureinitiative

What you will need

Essentialrequirements:

  • Degreein Human Resources Business ManagementPsychologyLawor SocialSciences

  • Strong communicationand organisational skills

  • Great IT skillsincluding MSOffice (ExcelWordandPowerPoint)

  • Ability to handle confidential information andmaintainprofessionalism

  • Desire to complete a funded CIPD certification alongside work

Desirableskills:

  • Previousexperience in a fast paced customer facing role
  • Experienceusing a HRIS system
  • Understanding of basic HR processes (onboarding ER recruitment payroll cycles etc)
