As aHR Graduateat Nexperia you will gain experience in:
Onboarding & Employee Experience
Support the organisation of employee inductions and orientation programmes
Assistin organising employee engagement activities on site
Contribute to initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Employee Support & HR Service Delivery
Work with the HR team to address employee queries and concerns
Support initiatives around diversityequityand inclusion (DEI)
HR Administration & Data Management
Maintainaccurateemployee records and HR databases
Prepare HR metrics and reports for management
Compliance Policies & Governance
Assistwith compliance activities and support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
HR Projects & Continuous Improvement
Contribute to HR projects such as policy reviews internal communications or cultureinitiative
What you will need
Essentialrequirements:
Degreein Human Resources Business ManagementPsychologyLawor SocialSciences
Strong communicationand organisational skills
Great IT skillsincluding MSOffice (ExcelWordandPowerPoint)
Ability to handle confidential information andmaintainprofessionalism
Desire to complete a funded CIPD certification alongside work
Desirableskills:
- Previousexperience in a fast paced customer facing role
- Experienceusing a HRIS system
- Understanding of basic HR processes (onboarding ER recruitment payroll cycles etc)
