What Youll Do
As the Advanced Engineering Business Manager you will manage a portfolio of earlystage technology projects that enable innovation derisk future programmes and support longterm product strategy. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements assess feasibility secure funding and manage delivery against Quality Cost and Delivery objectives. Your work will support the identification development and commercialisation of new technology solutions for the next generation of AD products.
What Were Looking For
Were seeking someone with strong project management skills commercial awareness and a structured analytical approach to technical problemsolving. Youll have experience managing engineering projects ideally within the automotive sector and be confident communicating with stakeholders at every level. Youll bring a customerfocused mindset the ability to work independently as well as part of a wider team and the curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit needed to identify and evaluate emerging technologies.
Bonus if you have:
- Experience using Microsoft Project
- Understanding of manufacturing processes
- Experience with R&D funding applications or earlystage technology development
- Ability to critically assess technology value propositions
