The role
As an Established Hearing Aid Audiologist (12-month FTC) youll:
- Take full ownership of your clinic performance and customer outcomes
- Deliver high-quality customer-centric hearing care
- Act as an Ambassador for Boots Hearingcare building long-term customer relationships
- Support customers throughout their complete Hearingcare journey
- Confidently recommend solutions from our full product portfolio
- Work flexibly which may include some evenings and weekends to meet customer demand
Development & future opportunities
While this role is offered on a 12-month fixed term basis youll still benefit from the full support development and clinical standards of Boots Hearingcare and Sonova.
During the contract youll have access to:
- Ongoing CPD and clinical development
- Exposure to new technology and innovation through Sonova
- The opportunity to demonstrate leadership performance and clinical excellence
Strong performance during the FTC may open up opportunities across our wider clinic network

What were looking for
- BSc in Audiology (or equivalent)
- HCPC registration
- 2 years post-qualification experience
- Strong clinical audit results and CPD compliance
- Commercial awareness with a customer-focused mindset
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
