Help build the teams shaping the future of recycling in the UK

In the UK we are entering an exciting phase of growth as we expand our organisation and build the teams required to support the next generation of recycling and collection infrastructure. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will own the endtoend recruitment process partnering closely with hiring managers and People & Organisation colleagues in the UK business and across the Europe Region. 

This is a hands-on role offering ownership and responsibility ideal for someone looking to broaden their recruitment expertise within a fastgrowing environment.

 

What youll be doing

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing through to offer and onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and advise on approach
  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn job boards and creative sourcing methods
  • Write clear inclusive job adverts and screen candidates
  • Coordinate interviews support hiring decisions and provide candidate feedback
  • Maintain accurate ATS data and recruitment reporting
  • Ensure recruitment activity aligns with UK legislation and TOMRA standards

    Qualifications :

    What were looking for

    • Experience managing endtoend recruitment (in house agency RPO or scale up)
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Proactive organised and solutions focused approach
    • Confidence sourcing hard to find talent
    • Solid ATS experience
    • A genuine interest in candidate experience

    This role could suit you if

    • You have experience from inhouse TA agency recruitment RPO HR or a related peoplefocused role and are ready to deepen your skills
    • You enjoy working with people building relationships and asking questions to really understand what a role needs
    • Youre organised and dependable but also curious and open to trying new ways of attracting talent
    • You like variety from writing job ads and sourcing candidates to supporting interviews and onboarding
    • Youre comfortable learning as you go and value feedback collaboration and development
    • You care about candidate experience and want to do recruitment in a thoughtful respectful way
    • Youre motivated by working for a company with a clear purpose even if sustainability or circular economy is new to you
    • You bring your unique blend of enthusiasm a positive mindset and a willingness to learn
