Connectivity Carrier Management Business Analyst
Sheffield location.
In this role you will:
Support Clients Connectivity team with all telecom carrier related matters. You will support the global carrier manager in building processes required for the Client carrier management function. You will ensure Client is receiving the best possible service from its carriers. You will build relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure all aspects of carrier management is managed efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Building and maintaining an accurate and up to date carrier inventory
- Working with suppliers to ensure inventory reconciliation processes are fit for purpose
- Ensuring commercial and billing data is accurate and up to date
- Define relevant governance and processes covering key aspects of carrier management such as service/performance tracking contract management third party management
- Ensuring and evidencing carrier compliance to Client requirements
- Work with internal Client finance/procurement teams to ensure optimal commercial terms for the bank
- Build strong and effective relationships with third party carriers
- Participate in contractual discussions/renewals or market evaluations/RFPs
- Ensure management have visibility of carrier performance covering all key metrics
To be successful in this role you should have proven experience within the Technology sector with knowledge of the following areas:
- Telecoms infrastructure and services in a large global organisation
- Industry standard carrier services and infrastructure/circuits
- Experience of managing complex IT infrastructure in highly regulated environments
- Experience of working in Financial Services/Banking preferred
- Experience of managing third party vendor/suppliers essential
- Strong commercial acumen essential
- Positive and professional attitude team player flexible and adaptable open to change(s)
- Ability to communicate technical subject matter to non-technical stakeholders
- Previous experience of delivering an excellent customer service
- Ability to quickly develop good working relationships with stakeholders
