We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of an Associate Director Software Engineering
In this role you will
- Analyse Android/iOS mobile malware (static/dynamic) extract IOCs and explain risks to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Guide on protection against mobile malware cyber and fraud attacks.
- Gather and monitor mobile threat intelligence; stay current on trends and zero-day threats.
- Lead resolution of complex security issues and act as primary IT Security contact for mobile.
- Educate teams on secure development and best practices.
- Collaborate with vendors platform teams and SMEs.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Hands-on experience in mobile malware analysis and reverse engineering (Android/iOS) and related risk mitigation.
- Strong knowledge of iOS/Android security architectures and threat landscape.
- Ability to set up analysis environments and recreate attack scenarios.
- Proficiency in at least one relevant programming language (e.g. Swift Kotlin Objective-C Java).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with DevOps/Agile and collaboration tools (e.g. Teams JIRA)
Non-technical skills:
- Security certifications (e.g. OSCP GIAC).
- Experience with AI-based attacks and mitigation.
- Degree in a relevant field (desirable).
