We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of an Associate Director Software Engineering

In this role you will

  • Analyse Android/iOS mobile malware (static/dynamic) extract IOCs and explain risks to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Guide on protection against mobile malware cyber and fraud attacks.
  • Gather and monitor mobile threat intelligence; stay current on trends and zero-day threats.
  • Lead resolution of complex security issues and act as primary IT Security contact for mobile.
  • Educate teams on secure development and best practices.
  • Collaborate with vendors platform teams and SMEs.

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in mobile malware analysis and reverse engineering (Android/iOS) and related risk mitigation.
  • Strong knowledge of iOS/Android security architectures and threat landscape.
  • Ability to set up analysis environments and recreate attack scenarios.
  • Proficiency in at least one relevant programming language (e.g. Swift Kotlin Objective-C Java).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with DevOps/Agile and collaboration tools (e.g. Teams JIRA)

Non-technical skills:

  • Security certifications (e.g. OSCP GIAC).
  • Experience with AI-based attacks and mitigation.
  • Degree in a relevant field (desirable).
