Job Summary
General Technician Hotel Maintenance
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled General Technician to join our hotel maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day maintenance troubleshooting and repair works to ensure smooth hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance of guest rooms and public areas
Handle electrical plumbing HVAC and carpentry repairs
Conduct preventive maintenance checks as per schedule
Troubleshoot equipment faults and repair breakdowns
Maintain lighting systems and power distribution
Repair water supply lines drainage systems and sanitary fittings
Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards
Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests
Coordinate effectively with housekeeping and engineering departments
Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical Mechanical or related field
- Minimum 23 years of experience in hotel maintenance
- Strong knowledge of electrical plumbing and HVAC systems
- Basic English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Immediate joiners preferred
