Are you a Sales Engineer who loves winning new business solving technical challenges and building strong customer relationships Weir Minerals is looking for a Crushing & Screening Sales Engineer to drive growth across our East or West regions and help shape the future of our comminution business.

What youll do

• Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviours in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.

• Drive new business by proactively identifying engaging and converting crushing and screening opportunities across your region.

• Conduct application reviews and design fitforpurpose crushing and screening solutions for customers.

• Lead tendering and proposal development ensuring technical accuracy and strong commercial positioning.

• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through disciplined CRM management and accurate forecasting.

• Strengthen customer relationships through regular site visits technical presentations and responsive support.

• Collaborate with engineering product aftermarket and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer success.

What youll bring

• Degree in Mechanical Process or Mining Engineering

• Proven success in technical sales or commercial leadership within mining minerals processing sand and aggregate or broader industry scope

• Strong technical acumen in crushing screening and comminution equipment applications

• Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) SAP and CPQ tools

• Experience with JK SimMet and AggFlow process simulation software especially in sand and aggregate industries (nice to have)

• Excellent communication problemsolving and commercial acumen and strong ability to identify opportunities and convert them into results

• Current drivers license and ability to travel
