Position Summary
The Terra Dotta Support Administrator will support the day-to-day operations of the Study Abroad Offices application and data management platform Terra Dotta ( TDS ). Working closely with the Terra Dotta Specialist the assistant will help ensure program content is accurate accessible and up to date while contributing to ongoing projects that improve system usability and accessibility. This role is ideal for students interested in global education systems management UX/accessibility standards or higher education administration. Additionally in this role the TDS Support Administrator will also support curriculum integration initiatives by analyzing syllabi identifying disciplinary alignment and understanding course review workflows in collaboration with academic departments on campus. The TDS Support Administrator is expected to maintain academic integrity while facilitating the assessment of international university coursework. Learning opportunities for this role include: Hands-on experience with a widely used international education platform (Terra Dotta) exposure to accessibility standards in a higher education setting insight into international program administration and global learning systems and mentorship and training from Study Abroad professionals. Additionally please find some of the activities that may be associated with the role below: - Learn the Terra Dotta platform and support basic system functionality and navigation. - Assist with maintaining and updating study abroad program brochures including uploading new content and ensuring consistency across entries. - Implement and apply content templates in Terra Dotta to streamline information management. - Collaborate on the Study Abroad Offices accessibility improvement project by helping review and update digital content in accordance with WCAG standards. - Track and report errors inconsistencies or outdated materials within the TDS system. - Participate in team meetings training and feedback sessions as needed. - Perform other administrative or technical tasks as assigned with increasing responsibility based on skill and interest.
