What Youll Do as an Office & Accounting Administrator:
- Process bi-weekly payroll and manage PTO benefits and related employee records.
- Oversee bookkeeping and accounts payable including POs invoices credit card reconciliation and vendor accounts in QuickBooks and Crows Nest.
- Maintain accurate financial records including job costing COGS tracking W-9s 1099 documentation and sales tax exemption forms.
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve billing issues and support smooth financial operations.
- Serve as the central office contact handling calls mail records supplies and occasional local errands.
Our Ideal Office & Accounting Administrator:
- Experienced: 2 years of accounting experience required. 3 years of office administration experience preferred. Associate degree in accounting or finance preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Computer Savvy: Experience with accounting software required; QuickBooks experience strongly preferred. Crows Nest experience is a plus (training available).
- Organized & Detail-oriented: Maintains accurate records manages multiple responsibilities and follows through consistently.
- Discreet: Handles payroll financial data and employee information with integrity and confidentiality.
- Self-motivated: Takes initiative prioritizes work effectively and keeps systems running without constant oversight.
- Personable & Adaptable: Communicates well with vendors customers and internal teams while adjusting to changing priorities.

- Full-time position 40 hours per week
- $58000-$66000/year DOE
