- 11 rooftops
- 40 parts sales professionals
- Dedicated wholesale operation (separate facility serving dealerships)

- Wholesale sales exceeding $per month
- Total parts sales exceeding $per month
Position Overview
The Parts Director will provide strategic and operational leadership across all locations. This individual will be responsible for maximizing sales performance inventory efficiency and departmental profitability while maintaining strong manufacturer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage a $6 million parts inventory
- Lead and develop 40 parts team members across 11 locations
- Maintain obsolescence below 9%
- Maintain a 1.5-month supply of inventory
- Achieve 8 inventory turns annually
- Drive wholesale growth and market penetration
- Increase internal parts sales through collaboration with Service Managers Desk Managers and Used Car Managers
- Expand accessory sales opportunities
- Improve reconditioning parts capture on used vehicles
- Implement performance metrics and accountability across all rooftops
Qualifications
- Proven multi-store parts management experience
- Strong wholesale background required
- Demonstrated ability to manage high inventory levels profitably
- Track record of increasing parts sales and gross profit
- Experience controlling obsolescence and improving inventory turns
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Data-driven decision maker
- Ability to work closely with Fixed Operations leadership
