### Key Responsibilities
- **Project Planning and Coordination**: Develop detailed project plans that outline timelines budgets resource allocation and risk management strategies.
- **Team Leadership**: Manage a diverse team of contractors subcontractors and laborers providing direction and support to ensure smooth project execution.
- **Client Liaison**: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients maintaining open lines of communication to address concerns provide updates and ensure satisfaction.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor work quality and compliance with industry regulations and safety standards to ensure projects meet both client expectations and legal requirements.
- **Budget Management**: Oversee project budgets tracking expenses and ensuring that projects remain financially viable through effective resource management.
- **Problem Solving**: Quickly identify and resolve issues that arise during the reconstruction process employing creative solutions to minimize disruptions.
### Essential Skills and Qualifications
- **Experience in Restoration**: A solid background in construction or restoration with a deep understanding of building materials techniques and industry standards.
- **Project Management Certification**: Credentials such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are highly beneficial.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Ability to communicate effectively with clients team members and stakeholders across various levels.
- **Organizational Skills**: Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- **Leadership Qualities**: Proven leadership skills to motivate and guide teams towards achieving project goals.
