As Head of Marketing Excellence you are the architect of this transformation. Youll shape the frameworks capabilities and mindset that power breakthrough brand building - ensuring every team every market and every campaign reflects our creative ambition strategic discipline and purpose-led DNA.

Your Mission Objectives:

Build a High-Performance Marketing Engine

  • Design the systems and frameworks that define marketing excellence acrossEurope.
  • Architect and embed world-class marketing processes playbooks and decisionframeworks.

  • Lead the evolution of our marketing tech AI and automation ecosystem to enable smarter faster execution.

  • Ensure consumer insights are continuously translated into empathy and action.

Make Data & AI the Drivers of Creative Impact

  • Elevate marketing from art and instinct to insight and precision.

  • Proven record leading marketing transformation and capability building at scale.
