About the Role
As ourHead Accountant (Maternity Backfill) youll be thetechnical anchorof the team ensuring accurate compliant and audit-ready accounting for both US and Canadian entities. Youll haveautonomy ownership and impact perfect for someone who thrives on precision and efficiency.
What Youll Do
- Managefull-cycle accounting: journal entries month-end close financial statements budgets analysis
- Overseedaily operations: AP AR payroll reconciliations
- Supportfinancial reporting & budgetingfor business decisions
- Coordinateyear-end auditsand tax filings (US & Canada)
- Drivecontinuous improvement automation and best practices
What Were Looking For
- CPA (or CA CMA CGA) with 10 years experience in digital or high-growth companies
- StrongNetSuite & Excel skills
- Detail-oriented autonomous and proactive
- Bilingual French/English OR English-only(strong asset for bilingual)
- Passion for precision compliance and high-quality reporting
