Working side-by-side with the Service Manager you will help keep daily operations on track support and motivate the team and ensure every job meets the highest standards of safety and quality. What You Will Be Doing:

• Team up with the Service Manager and Shop Foreman to keep daily operations running smoothly
• Help lead and support technicians by coaching guiding and keeping the team on track
• Jump in on customer questions and help turn service concerns into positive experiences
• Lend your technical expertise on tricky diagnostics and repairs
• Review work orders alongside the Foreman to ensure everything is accurate and warranty-ready
• Collaborate with the service team to roll out new processes and improvements
• Be ready to hit the road occasionally as some travel is part of the role

What You Bring to the Table:

• 3 years experience in a technician team lead foreman or similar role (ideally in a heavy equipment or service environment)
• Natural leadership skills with formal leadership or management training considered a big plus
• Strong computer skills you are comfortable working in web-based systems and tools like Word and Excel (this role is highly digital)
• Hands-on experience with service platforms like Service Portal and iKnow/Intelligent Search
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools such as Cummins Guidanz and International SDS is an asset
• Solid understanding of service operations including warranty policies and procedures
• Relevant manufacturer or equipment-specific technical training
• Great communication and customer service skills
