Job Summary

Salary range: 14 580-22 350 PLN gross

What will you do

You will work on a largescale digital platform building and enhancing endtoend features across both backend and frontend.

Your tasks:

Enhancing our on-premise digital platform to enable teams to build and deploy products efficiently.
Developing our flagship Single Dealer Platform prioritizing accessibility performance and modern web standards.
Collaborating with global Sales teams to build tools that improve workflows and customer experience.
Delivering technology that supports creation and distribution of research content.
Building enterprise-wide social and collaboration tools used by hundreds of thousands of internal users.
Designing scalable maintainable and high-performance fullstack solutions with Java backend and modern JavaScript frameworks on the frontend.

Your skills:

Strong experience in Java and JavaScript (e.g. React Angular or Vue).
Experience with fullstack development including building REST APIs and integrating with frontend applications.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines automated testing and deployment processes.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and scalable architectures.
Strong skills in data analysis debugging and performance optimization.
Excellent collaboration skills with experience working closely with product and engineering teams.
Problem-solving mindset and passion for building innovative high-quality software.
